Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. This policy helps us maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards.

We accept returns for unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

To request a return, please contact us at boostedberrycreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will provide a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipment only. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
