Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary due to order volume, custom or handmade items, or peak seasons.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and displayed in CAD (Canadian Dollars).

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the selected shipping method and destination. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Canada.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at checkout for eligible orders.

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup

  • Pickup instructions, location details, and time windows will be provided in that email

  • Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless otherwise arranged

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up your order.

Delays

Boosted Berry Creations is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs or postal disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Boosted Berry Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Boosted Berry Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at boostedberrycreations@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a resolution.
